The rooms are all individually furnished and decorated so none are identical. They are medium to large in size and furnished to a high standard. They enjoy plenty of natural light. The bathrooms are fitted out to a high standard some with bath and shower and some are shower only. The interiors are classic in style. The hotel was converted from an historic building. The usual amenities are included such as TV, hair dryers, iron and ironing boards. Bedding configuration is King Suite with 1 King Bed, Queen Suite with 1 Queen Bed, Queen plus Single Bed Suite and Twin room with Split King Single Beds. The in house restaurant is seafood and is one of the best in the city area. There is a bar adjacent to the restaurant. The exterior is a neo classical building in white concrete with tall columns. It was actually built in the 1920s as the regions insurance headquarters. A small lobby area with a restaurant off to the left. This is a classic boutique hotel with only 11 rooms.
